Music Rights & Content Policy
How OTOZOE sources, controls, delivers, and licenses the music used in finished videos.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. Catalog model
OTOZOE uses a closed, operator-controlled catalog. Users cannot upload music, sell music, receive tips, or distribute tracks to other users. Production currently allows eight instrumental tracks. A ninth track with vocals is excluded while lyric provenance remains under review.
2. Provenance evidence
The eight launch tracks were generated by the OTOZOE operator during a paid Suno Pro subscription. OTOZOE retains the source song URL and ID, generation time, paid-subscription-period evidence, downloaded source and stem archives, mappings to the production files, and cryptographic file hashes. The catalog and playback route use an explicit track-and-version allowlist; unapproved tracks fail closed.
3. Delivery safeguards
- Tracks and stems are stored in private object storage, not a public music directory.
- Playback requires an authenticated OTOZOE session and an allowed catalog version.
- Stems are mixed inside the service for preview and output; standalone downloads are not offered.
- A user may select one candidate per analysis for output. Other candidates cannot be exported from that analysis.
4. User permission and restrictions
Users may use OTOZOE music only as mixed into an OTOZOE-exported video. They may publish and monetize the finished video subject to applicable law, these terms, and their rights in the original video. Extracting, redistributing, sublicensing, selling, scraping, fingerprinting for reconstruction, or otherwise providing tracks or stems as standalone assets is prohibited.
5. AI-generated music limitation
Contractual commercial-use rights and source evidence do not by themselves guarantee that copyright exists in AI-generated material in every jurisdiction. OTOZOE does not claim exclusive copyright where applicable law does not provide it. Before paid public launch, OTOZOE will complete professional review of the third-party-generator terms as applied to automated incorporation into customer videos.
6. Rights complaints
Rights holders may report a copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights concern to support@otozoe.com. Include your contact details, the work or right concerned, the relevant OTOZOE page or output, and the basis for the claim. OTOZOE may suspend a track or output while reviewing a credible notice.
