Refund & Cancellation Policy
How the Creator subscription renews, how to cancel it, and how refund requests are handled.

1. Creator subscription
Creator is an auto-renewing monthly subscription with no free trial. It includes 50 successful analyses per Paddle billing period and videos up to 180 seconds each. The reference price is USD 7.99 per month; the Japan price is JPY 980 per month. Paddle Checkout shows the final localized price, currency, tax, payment method, and renewal date before purchase.
2. Automatic renewal
Paddle charges the payment method shown at checkout when the subscription starts and on each renewal date until cancellation takes effect. Your next billing date is shown in the Paddle customer portal.
3. Cancellation
You may schedule cancellation at any time through the OTOZOE billing-management link, which opens the Paddle customer portal. To stop the next renewal, complete cancellation before Paddle processes it. A scheduled cancellation does not end access immediately: Creator remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, then the account returns to Free. Cancellation does not erase earlier usage or music-selection history.
4. Refunds
Cancellation by itself does not automatically refund a completed charge. Refund eligibility is determined under applicable law, the disclosures presented at purchase, and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory consumer right. Do not rely on a blanket “no refunds” rule.
5. Requesting help or a refund
For product or access issues, contact support@otozoe.com. For a Paddle transaction, receipt, payment method, cancellation, or refund request, you may also use Paddle Buyer Support. Include the email used at checkout and the Paddle transaction or subscription reference when available; never email full card details.
6. Payment failure and access
If payment fails or a subscription becomes past due, Paddle may retry payment and Creator access is handled according to the current paid period and subscription status received through Paddle’s signed notifications. OTOZOE does not grant access based only on a checkout success screen.
